When an authorized operator connects the application to Meta services, the application may access information required to publish and manage content for the Facebook Page and connected Instagram professional account. This may include Page/account identifiers, account names, publishing permissions, access tokens, media metadata, post identifiers, publishing status, and engagement information that is available through the Meta APIs and permitted by the operator.
We use this information only to prepare, publish, schedule where supported, verify, and record the status of social-media content for accounts that have explicitly authorized the application. We do not use the information for unrelated advertising, profiling, resale, or data-broker activities.
Access tokens and credentials are treated as confidential. The production workflow is designed to keep credentials on the authorized operator's local device rather than in shared project storage. Credentials are used only to authenticate authorized requests to Meta services.
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers or platforms necessary to operate the application, including Meta Platforms, Inc., or when required by law.
Operational records such as post identifiers, scheduled or actual publication times, publishing status, and non-secret diagnostic information may be retained for operational continuity, duplicate prevention, and troubleshooting. Confidential credentials are not intentionally stored in public or shared project files.
An authorized user may revoke the application's access through their Meta account or business settings. Requests to delete application-related operational data may also be submitted using the contact information below. We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect application credentials and operational data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The application uses Meta/Facebook/Instagram services and APIs. Use of those services is also subject to Meta's own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application, applicable law, or platform requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
